Challenge: Create an eye catching Open Enrollment guide- incorporate wood in the cover design
My Role: 1. Collaborated with stakeholders to set timeline objectives 2. Created three cover and spread design options 3. Worked with the client to refine the chosen design, incorporating revisions as necessary 4. Produced guide using supplied copy, sourcing images, crafting icons, and formatting content 5. Facilitated revisions with the client and communication specialist to ensure alignment before final approval 6. Adjusted all images and prepared a print-ready package for the printer 7. Reviewed the printer proof and approved the guide.

Business Opportunity: Client required a solution to arrange and disseminate their health and wellness articles effectively
Solution: Create a blog intranet site
My Role: 1. Wireframed, Designed and Developed an initial two-page website from inception, which later expanded to include additional sections such as a newsletter page, video page, resource and contacts page, and well-being page. 2. Consistently managed and refreshed website content, images, and posts on a weekly basis for a period spanning over eight years. In the initial stages, I oversaw the hosting and domain setup. Subsequently, I worked with the client to facilitate the transfer of the domain and site to their Azure account.

Solution: Create an entertaining animated video
My Role: 1. Deconstructed script provided by team member into individual scenes. 2. Developed suitable animation concepts, crafted storyboards for each scene, and obtained client endorsement. 3. Produced animation graphics utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. 4. Assembled video content using After Effects and Premiere Pro. 5. Synchronized animations with voiceover provided by the vendor, incorporating background music for enhanced impact. 6. Finalized and exported media and delivered to satisfied client.

Challenge The Marsh McLennan Marketing department expressed dissatisfaction with the outcomes achieved using Eloqua's standard landing page design feature.

Utilize custom HTML and CSS coding to achieve the desired outcomes.
My Role: Leveraged my expertise in Eloqua and HTML/CSS to create customizable landing page templates that align with Marsh McLennan's design specs and facilitates easy updates.
